The presentation of the Erasmus + project entitled “Hand in Hand: Social and Emotional Skills for Tolerant and Nondiscriminative Societies (A Whole School Approach)” was held on May 31, 2017. The project is funded by the EU programme Erasmus + and the project consortium consists of eight partner institutions from five countries (Slovenia, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Croatia). The partners from Croatia are the ISRZ Centre for Educational Research and Development and the Network of Education Policy Centers. The purpose of this three-year project is to design and implement an innovative program for the development of socio-emotional and intercultural competencies of primary school students as well as their teachers, associates and principals. The program will be based on an approach involving the entire school, and at the same time will be implemented in twelve schools in the four participating countries. The external evaluation of the project will also be carried out. The project was presented by Iris Marušić, Ph. D. (project leader for Croatia), the project associates from the ISRZ Centre for Educational Research and Development, Saša Puzić, Ph. D., Ivana Jugović, Ph. D. Iva Košutić, Ph. D. and Jelena Matić, and Lana Jurko from the Network of Education Policy Centers.
