On 19th May 2018 at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka the final lecture of the Youth in contemporary society lifelong learning programme was held. The programme was initiated jointly by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka and the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb.

It is the first and the only programme in Croatia that addresses the education of youth work professionals (youth workers). The final lecture was also attended by Ms Antonija Gladović, MA, the Director of the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes and her colleague Ms Katarina Brajdić who presented how the knowledge and skills acquired within the programme can be implemented.

The following ISRZ academics participated in the programme: Marko Kovačić, Nikola Baketa, Ph.D., Dunja Potočnik, Ph.D., Ana Maskalan, Ph.D., Anja Gvozdanović, Ph.D. and professor Vlasta Ilišin, Ph.D.
