A publication titled “Summarized Results of Questionnaire Surveys on Gender Gap in Payments and Pensions” was published in the Institute’s Special Editions. The editors are Josip Šipić and Mirjana Adamović.

The publication brings the main findings on gender gap in payments and pensions, gender prejudices on the labour market, and balancing between work and family obligations. These insights are part of the European project “Equal rights – Equal pay – Equal pensions” – Expanding the scope of implementation of gender equality actions and legal standards towards achieving gender equality and combating poverty in Croatia”, whose main beneficiary and coordinator is the Ombudsperson for Gender Equality of the Republic of Croatia. The majority of Institute’s research activities consisted of 3 questionnaire surveys carried out on appropriate samples of private and public companies and organizations in the domain of finances and insurance, health and social services, and processing industry. Their employees working in leading and managing positions were also surveyed, as well as pupils of secondary vocational schools who are in education for these types of professions.
