Senior Research Assistant Dora Petrović, PhD presented at the 1st Regional Conference PREVREG

Our Senior Research Assistant Dora Petrović, PhD participated in the 1st Regional Conference “PREVREG – Building the Foundations of PREVention Science in the REGion”, held on 10 and 11 June 2026 in Zagreb. She presented the poster Who Feels Supported? Gender and Educational Differences in Croatian Adolescents’ Social Networks.

The paper is written in coauthorship with Ivana Pikić Jugović, PhD and Paula Pedić Duić, and is tackling the validation of the Scale of Social Support to Children and Adolescents, as well as the gender and educational differences in the perceived social support among Croatian adolescents.

The research was carried out as part of the project “National Panel Research of Secondary Schools - CIROscope”, financed by the Institute’s research programme via the NextGenerationEU fund of the European Commission.

We are thankful to the conference organizers for the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences, and present our research findings.
