Participation of researchers from the ISRZ Centre for Educational Research and Development at the ECER conference in Glasgow

Branislava Baranović, PhD, Iris Marušić, PhD, Jelena Matić Bojić, PhD, Iva Odak, PhD and Mirta Mornar participated at the European Conference on Educational Research (ECER), which was held at the University of Glasgow from 22 till 25 August 2023.

The conference was an opportunity to present preliminary results of the project on individual determinants of professional well-being of early-career teachers (TeachWell), which is financed by the Croatian Science Foundation, and results of the Hand in Hand project, financed by the EU program Erasmus+, as well as results of the research on effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the educational system in Croatia, with a focus on gender differences in aspirations towards continuing education abroad.
