Participation of Anđelina Svirčić Gotovac, PhD in the conference “Housing in the 21st century”

Anđelina Svirčić Gotovac, PhD participated in the conference “Housing in the 21st century”,  which was taking place from 29 till 30 June 2023 in the Round Hall of the Croatian National Bank as a two-day scientific-professional conference organized by the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, represented by the State Secretary Željko Uhlir, and the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, represented by Krešimir Rogina, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, in collaboration with the Croatian National Bank. The scientific-professional conference was organized as part of the development of the National plan of housing policy of the Republic of Croatia until 2030, by which the Croatian government seeks to enable affordable, comfortable and quality housing to their citizens, with increased energy efficiency and architectural quality of living space. Scientific-professional conference “Housing in the 21st century“ gathered prominent international and Croatian professionals and lecturers, and A. Svirčić Gotovac participated on the second day of the conference in the interdisciplinary panel discussion on housing matters in Croatia. After the panel discussion, she organized together with colleagues architects a student workshop in which participated students of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Zagreb and students of Sociology of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The topic of the workshop was the future of housing.
