The paper is based on the findings of the project “Educational and Career Plans of Youth in Music Education - MUSICPLAN“, also financed by the NextGenerationEU fund via the ISRZ programme agreement with the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Youth.
Dora Petrović, PhD talked about the differences in burnout with regard to early-career teachers’ personality profiles, in the paper titled “Who struggles most? Exploring burnout differences across early-career teachers’ personality profiles“. The paper is a part of her doctoral thesis, and a result of the project “The role of personality, motivation and socio-emotional competences in early-career teachers’ occupational well-being - TeachWell“, financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.
