HAND in HAND project was presented in Studio 4 on the Croatian Television

On Saturday, 10 February 2024 our colleague Iva Odak, PhD participated in the informative TV show Studio 4 within the HRT4 programme.

She presented the project ‘HAND IN HAND: empowering teachers across Europe to deal with social, emotional and diversity related career challenges’ its results.

The implementation of the programme in Croatia had positive effects on teachers – a higher result on the scale of ability to monitor one’s own states, a lower result on the scale of attrition as part of professional burnout, and a lower result on the scale of psychological effort related to work.
