Assistant Roko Uvodić participated in the summer school “Planning Cities of the Future“ in Šibenik

Assistant Roko Uvodić participated in the summer school “Planning Cities of the Future” organised as part of the project CLIMove, and held in Šibenik from 20 until 24 July 2026. The programme of the summer school was focused on interdisciplinary spatial planning, participatory processes and implementation of measures for sustainable mobility in cities. Through teamwork, the solutions for better quality and more sustainable urban spaces in Šibenik were conceptualised, and eventually presented to the citizens and respresentatives of the City.

The acquired knowledge and exchanged experiences of the summer school are closely related to research aims of the Institute's project “Effects of the Europeanization Process in Selected Urban-Rural Areas of Croatia – HREUURBRUR“ (Principal Investigator Anđelina Svirčić Gotovac, PhD), particularly in the domains of green transition and enhancement of the quality of life in Croatian cities.
