A recently published book by the Partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of Youth titled “Youth worker education in Europe: policies, structures, practices“ brings the results of a research project on mapping the educational and career pathways of youth workers in various EU states, initiated in 2017.
Dunja Potočnik Ph.D. and Marti Tartu, Ph.D. analysed the attitudes of youth workers and youth work organisers on non-formal education, learning and practice in the chapter “Youth worker’s competences and learning in non-formal training“.
Marko Kovačić, Ph.D., Nikola Baketa, Ph.D. and Marita Grubišić-Čabo mapped formal youth studies curricula in 16 EU countries and brought the findings in the chapter “Mapping youth studies curricula: what is formal education in the field of youth studies saying about young people?“.
