In 2014 the curriculum for advanced (specialist) master’s program “Management in higher education” has been developed within HEISEE project “Development of study programs for higher education management and governance”. The program and modules were presented last week in Rijeka at the workshop which implemented the part of the module “Institutional governance and strategic management“. The workshop was held from 10th to 13th February at the University of Rijeka campus. The workshop participants were representatives of all Croatian universities, rectors, vice-rectors, deans as well as managers and administrative staff.
The workshop will become one of the courses of future life long learning education program, which will be part of the future postgraduate specialist study of management in higher education.
HEISEE initiative (The Higher Education Initiative for Southeastern Europe) is based on partnership between the Center for Educational Research and Development of the Institute for Social Research, the Institute for the Development of Education, the Institute of Higher Education at the University of Georgia and the University of Rijeka.
